🌴 32 Days in the Portalón Jungle

Here me out – Coffee by the infinity pool overlooking the ocean and jungle. Imagine doing this every morning for 32 Straight Days!

🏄‍♂️ Dominical Surf Town

Learning to surf In the surf town of Dominical should be on a bucket list. Prior to these lessons, Which I signed up for because of this – > I got my ass absolutely handed to me in the “crash zone” for a solid two hours before I learned that an 11ft board shouldn’t be out there lmao. Out of the 32 Days we were there, we were on a board at least 20 of these!

🌊 Chasing Waterfalls

We spent Two full days exploring incredible waterfalls. Every hike was an adventure, but my favorite is highlighted in the tips below! Costa Rica is littered with water features! We also had a waterfall directly beside our house that I jumped off of multiple times a day.

🚣‍♀️ White Water Rafting

We took on Class 3/4 rapids, and the first 30 minutes were unforgettable—massive waves, nonstop adrenaline, and incredible views of the jungle and natural wildlife

🧘‍♀️ Morning Yoga & Ocean Dives

Starting the day with an 8 a.m. yoga class followed by a quick ocean dip became a daily routine. We’d get caffeinated at the coffee shop next door (in the tips below) then hit the phones for about 5 hours before surfing – An entire VIBEEE

Closing Alert!

Closed a $77,000 deal (1506 Willowgate Way, Auburn) from a mountaintop Airbnb with breathtaking ocean views. Details on the “Flips” page!

🚗 31 Days Across Italy

From Venice’s magical canals to the towering peaks of the Dolomites, through Tuscany’s rolling vineyards, and down to the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, we saw it all!

🌄 Dolomites | Hikes | Alpine Lakes

We ran all over Italy’s majestic mountains, hiking endless trails and diving into the crystal-clear  waters of Lago di Braies. Also ate some farm fresh eggs at a hostile near the summit!

🍷 Wine & Wellness in Tuscany

We Drank way too much wine for a week straight..BUT and detoxed in ancient stone steam rooms surrounded by miles of rolling hills.

🛵 Amalfi Coast Thrills

We rented a moped and rode along Amalfi’s cliffs hunting down  cliff-jumping spots and found some incredible swimming holes.

Closing Alert!

In the midst of the travels, we closed a $54,000 flip while in Sorrento (14423 Cumming Hwy). Check out the “Flip” Real Estate page for details!

🎯 59 Days Until Race Day..?

With only 59 days of preparation, I committed to the only 100-miler happening on my birthday (Sep, 4th). At mile 75, I turned 27, it was quite the experience lol

⏱️ 26 Hours and 9 Minutes of Running

Although I aimed for 24 hours, running 100 miles through endless cornfields, rolling hills, and muddy dirt roads was a life changing experience

🚰 Aid Stations? Wait, you missed one?

The course had 10 aid stations spaced 10 miles apart—except at mile 80 (They forgot one…). I was Without water for 6.5 hours, shit got weird

💪 Vote for the best ME?

Every one of the 200,000 steps was a vote for the person I wanted to become – I made myself proud this day.

📝 Day 1-2: Mountaineering Crash Course

The adventure kicked off with two intense days of mountaineering training, we learned fall safety, crevasse rescue, and all the basic ice axe & Crampon maneuvers..Super fun!

🥾 Day 3: Trek to Base Camp

A grueling 4.5-mile trek with 5,000 feet of elevation gain—it took 6 hours to reach base camp at 10,400 feet. The reward? A cozy hut with 20 climbers from different teams, cooking dinner on stove tops, and straight vibing! Imagine a sleepover when you were a kid, nothing changes

🏔️ Day 4: Summit Day

We “woke up” at 1 a.m. to gear up and start the climb. Early-season conditions (May) kept us from the summit, but no regrets—the guides taught us to rappel and ice climb in a 200-foot crevasse. SOLD. We were booking trips to ouray, CO shortly after (Ice-Climbing capital) haha

🏡 The Cabin

Oh, did I mention the 6-bedroom cabin we rented near the mountain to throw down at after the summit bid? This was my bachelor party too. L-I-V-I-N, LIVIN’!

🚗 36 Days DRIVING!

Two friends and I packed up and drove from Georgia to Texas, across to Arizona, up to Colorado for a 50-miler, and all the way back home.

🏠 $2,500,000 House?!

We spent two weeks in a fully renovated $2.5 million house in Carefree, Arizona—now one of my favorite places in the world.

Closing Alert!

While in Carefree, I bought three houses back in Georgia and signed all the paperwork at a local post office.

🏜️Training in Desert?

Every day, we ran 10 miles through the Arizona desert to prep for the 50-miler in Colorado. BTW, the avg temp in AZ in August is 102*..I burned through a pair of speedboats in 2 weeks..

🚙 Off-Road Adventures

We rented a side-by-side twice—it’s way too much fun to do just once. We 100% did NOT get our deposit back..lol

🎉 Scottsdale Throw Down!

We celebrated two birthdays with a week-long stay in Scottsdale, if you’ve heard about the “square of death,” you know..

🏜️ Clay Hut in Moab, UT

On the way to Steamboat Springs, we stayed in a remote clay hut 16 miles deep into the canyons of Moab, accessible only by 4×4. (Linked the Airbnb for this in the tips below)

🏃‍♂️ Run Rabbit Run

I tackled a 50-mile ultra in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The “Run Rabbit Run,” This race whooped my ass 5 ways till Sunday..I consumed 1,800 mg worth of caffeine tabs….

🚗 26-Hour Drive Home

The very next day, we drove 26 hours straight back to Georgia. Don’t recommend..lol

✈️🌲This place is in Oregon?

I flew to Oregon, stayed at a local hotel for the night, and the next morning, Scott (the owner) picked me up. The retreat was set on a stunning 1,000-acre homestead in the heart of a national forest

🛖✨ Day 1..

I kept practicing navigating around the room by closing by eyes and walking around..This whole trip was a TRIP lol

🌌🕯️ 24 Hours of Darkness

The lights went off for 24 hours of pure  darkness. This was where the magic began—breakthroughs, realizations, and an entirely new level of introspection

🌠🌀 Astral Projections?!

On Day 3, I emerged for a three-hour somatic therapy session.  I astral-projected for 20 minutes—my soul felt free, unbound by my physical body. It was liberating, indescribable, and life-changing from an awareness perspective

🖤🧠 40  More hours of Darknes

I went on a creative spree, diving into deep thought and constructing the blueprint for my real estate course—The Million Dollar Real Estate Blueprint—the very course this website is about. The tunnel vision was crazy. It was like the website came to life in my mind.

📝✨ I Left Early!

Fueled with excitement and terrified I was going to lose my thoughts, I exited the retreat early to document everything in my journal. Those entires are all in the “Journal” Tab – Check them out!

🌍 26 Days in Nepal?!

Seeing Mount Everest? Flying in Helicopters through the Himilayas? Summiting a 20,000 ft peak?! YESSIRR

✈️ The Flight to Nepal

31 hours of flying had me feeling like a caged animal, but a 10 hour layover at the Qatar Aiport and lounge access with unlimited cheese cake and espresso shots was well worth it haha

🚁 Arriving in Lukla

A 45 minute helicopter flight of the most insane views in the entire world. The himalayas will humble the shit out of you!

🥾 The Hike

We hiked for 11 Days to get to everest base camp. We stayed in “Tea Huts” and it was truly one of the best 2 weeks of my life. The journey IS the trip.

🏔 Everest Base Camp!

We Freaking stayed at Everest Base Camp for 2 nights! Its everything you ever thought it was, but so much more intense. The rumble of the rock fall, the size of the glaciers, the sights of the universe at night, EVERYTHING. I was like a kid in a candy shop, a dream come true!

⛏ Summiting Lobuche East (20,075 ft)

We started our ascent at 1a.m and climbed for 7 hours straight to the summit. Crampons, Harnesses, Fixes lines, Ascenders, the whole 9 yards! It was freaking incredible! 5 of us made the summit, one backed out midway, and the other was life flighted out…It was intense
